Mark began his career in the title business in 1993 and has worked his way up from file clerk to Principal of the Company. As the Relationship Manager, Mark seeks to strengthen and grow the firm's relationships, as well as set marketing goals to achieve. He is involved in all aspects of HAC—from time to time you may even see him at the table for a closing. Mark also sits as an Officer on the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association.

Gregory D'Addona

Principal

Gregory began his career in 2003 as a recording clerk and has since taken roles in all internal positions. As the Director of Operations, Gregory directly oversees the business from product delivery, to financial and underwriting compliance. Gregory leads the team toward the unified objective of providing a product and level of service that exceeds all others.

Stephen D. Chiaino, Esq.

Counsel

Stephen joined Home in 2022 to serve as in-house counsel, bringing over 25 years of real estate transactional experience to our family. Over his career in private practice, he has represented both individuals and Institutional Lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. This gives him the unique ability to simultaneously analyze any Title issues you face from the perspectives of the Purchaser/Seller, Lender, and Title underwriter, in order to help you navigate through even the most complex Title Exceptions that may come up during your transaction.

Thomas McKenzie

Senior Title Officer

Thomas, one of the most well-respected Examiners in the industry, has dissected some of the most complex titles in New York City. Now, as a Senior Title Officer, Thomas oversees transaction Reading and Clearance.

Robert Martino

Senior Title Officer

Robert, Title Officer since the 1980's, came Home in 2011. Robert's knowledge and management experience have made him an integral part of the Team.
